STALLION DISCOVERIES ENGAGES EUROPEAN MARKETING SERVICE PROVIDER
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 3, 2023 – Stallion Discoveries Corp. (the "Company" or "Stallion") (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF) announces that it has engaged SRC Swiss Resource Capital AG (“SRC”) to provide European marketing services for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on May 3, 2023, and renewing automatically on a quarterly basis unless terminated by either party with seven (7) days’ notice, in consideration of CHF 5,000 per month, pursuant to an agreement dated May 3, 2023. SRC does not currently own any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities. SRC is an investor relations and communications firm based in Herisau, Switzerland who performs investor relations services focused on the German-speaking financial community in Europe. The agreement with SRC remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
