STALLION DISCOVERIES ENGAGES INVESTOR RELATIONS PROVIDER
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 5, 2023 – Stallion Discoveries Corp. (the "Company" or "Stallion") (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF) announces that it has engaged Glass Cap Holdings Inc. (“Glass Cap”) to provide investor relations services for an ongoing term beginning on April 25, 2023, until terminated by either party with eight (8) weeks’ notice, in consideration of CAD$6,000 per month, pursuant to an agreement dated April 25, 2023.
Glass Cap does not currently own any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities. The agreement with Glass Cap remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
